It was a dream come true for me to participate in the Leh Ladakh trip organized by Durgamalhar Treks and Tours from 30th July to 7th August 2026. Mr. Vivek Patil and Mr. Kiran Jadhav worked hard to make this tour a success. The tour was organized in a very planned manner. The accommodation in Srinagar, Kargil, Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong was comfortable and the food was good. Buses were also well arranged for the tour. I was able to visit all the places mentioned before the tour. Seeing the Kargil War Memorial, Hall of Fame and the Siachen War Memorial, which was opened to tourists a couple of years ago, made this tour worthwhile. All the sightseeing was important but the journey to get there was equally exciting. Since it was a high altitude trip, Vivek Sir kept a close eye on everyone’s health. He also informed about the precautions to be taken from time to time. By following them, I was able to complete this journey even at the age of 71 without taking any medicine. Thank you Vivek Sir. I would definitely like to come on a trip you organize in the future as well.
